Samaki 42 is a purpose-built sport fishing vessel fishing the Watamu Bank since 2017. Twin 350hp Yamaha outboards give her a comfortable 24-knot cruise out to the 1000-fathom line in under 40 minutes. Shimano Tiagra 80 and 130 reels, Black Pete outriggers, full tournament-grade kit. Licensed by Kenya Wildlife Service. IGFA tag-and-release certified. Captain Ali and two crew. Suitable for serious billfish anglers and mixed family charters alike.

— Full Day Billfish Charter

Captain Ali and his crew put us onto a striped marlin, a sailfish and two nice yellowfin within six hours. Tackle was top-shelf, the boat is spotless, and the release work was textbook. Best charter I have done on the East African coast. Already rebooking for next season.
